We recommendThe Citizens Advice Bureau who are just a 10 minute walk from the Resource Centre.
We also employ a Welfare Benefits Advisor in Carmarthen Mind who can give telephone advice in an emergency.
What help can I get to improve my accommodation?
We can signpost you to various local organisations who can assist, including Shelter Cymru, P.A.T.H., Pembrokeshire County Council etc.
Can you arrange for me to see someone from the council eg environmental health, revenue services?
Yes. We can either accompany people to the Council Offices, or arrange for a meeting with someone in our Resource Centre.
Can I apply for a bus pass?
Yes, Collect a form from Pembrokeshire County Council, bring it in to us and we will help you fill it in.
What can I do about noisy neighbours?
Pembrokeshire County Council Environmental Health and Citizens Advice Bureau can advise on the best way to resolve issues with neighbours.
What can I do about unwanted phone calls?
Contact BT Nuisance Calls, register your numb
er with Telephone Preference Service.
Where can I find a list of local organisations that might be able to help me?
We have a list of contacts here but by visiting our Resource Centre we can do a lot of the unnecessary legwork for you and hopefully sign post you to the right organisation |

What help is available for Anxiety problems?
We offer a variety of courses through our COAST Project, our Anxiety Management Course is a great option or for practical approaches to real life problems that may aggravate your Anxiety we offer Living Life To The Full.
Can I come to the Resource Centre to use your phone?
Yes!

Yes (a mere 10p!) and a chat (free!)
How do I change GP?
Ask your old GP for a form.
Can you find me a boyfriend / girlfriend?
No – but you never know who you might bump into in our Resource Centre!

I'm Under 16, can I use the Resource Centre?
Unfortunately you need to be 16 or over to come to our Resource Centre, however if you are under 16 and help care for your parents then our Young Carers In Mind Project may be able to help!
Can I hire a room?
As Long as a room is available, we are happy to hire if out for appropriate uses. Just ask!
