‘In Memory’ donations

Remember someone close to you by making a charitable donation in place of flowers at their funeral or by making a donation in their memory.  Also, you can request that donations are made to Pembrokeshire Mind in your memory, in place of flowers, by indicating your wishes to your executors.  Your funeral directors should be able to collect the money or it can be sent direct to us.  This is a valuable and positive way to celebrate the life of a loved one or for your friends and family to pay tribute to you, whilst helping Pembrokeshire Mind to continue our vital work into the future.  If you would like to support Pembrokeshire Mind in this way you can print off and complete the ‘In Memory’ donation form and send it to us with your donation(s) or you can make arrangements through a funeral director.
