Donate by Tax Return

If you are completing a self assessment tax return, you can nominate a charity to receive any tax refund you are due.  To ensure Pembrokeshire Mind receives your tax refund, please indicate the charity’s unique identifier number DAS10BG on the tax return.  Also, if you request that the payment is made under Gift Aid, this will mean that the Inland Revenue will pay Pembrokeshire Mind an extra 28% on top of the amount you donated.  Please note that the Gift Aid scheme is open to UK taxpayers only
