Pembrokeshire Mind is committed to providing Quality Services and works within the Quality Management in Mind Standards.
These standards cover all aspects of the organisation from Governance, to Service User Involvement, Networking and Equal Opportunities.
National Mind will be assessing all Local Mind associations and Pembrokeshire Mind will be assessed using these standards in the forthcoming months.
We will then be provided with a Quality Level based on how they rate our services. These range from Level 1-3 and Levels 2 and 3 earn the organisation a seal of approval from the Charity Commission too!
